Star Valley Special Care Services

Welcome to Star Valley Special Care Services. We provide traditional provider support to individuals on the Wyoming Developmental Disability Waiver, individuals eligible for HCBS, as well as other support services for those with special or extraordinary care needs. Our services are dedicated to being tailored specifically to the needs of each individual and the unique support that they need to enjoy the best possible quality of life in Wyoming. It is important to us that we help to support areas of personal independence and success, to help bridge gaps in our rural community for support or services needed, and also provide both the support and encouragement to reach goals together as a family.
